What can I store?

You can store pretty much anything at your 7dayselfstore self storage unit, but there are some exemptions for health and safety reasons. You can find the full details by going to our terms and conditions.

What about insurance?

All stored items need to be covered by insurance – which we can offer for a small charge if you don’t have any.

If you have your own insurance, you will need to show that you have insurance cover to the full value of the goods stored in your unit.

How do I access my unit?

You can access your storage unit 24/7 using your unique pass code. There is plenty of car parking for unloading and loading.

What about security?

7dayselfstore is fully alarmed and CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day.

What information do I need to bring with me to get storage?

You will need to provide us with confirmation of your identity, a passport or driving licence and a utility bill as proof of address.

What about a deposit?

No need to worry about a deposit, you don’t need one with us.

Can I share a unit with friends, colleagues or club member?

Yes, you can. Just chat over your requirements with us and we can discuss your options.

How do I hire the 7dayselfstore van?

Van hire is available from just £35 for a half day or longer.

You need to be over 25 and hold a full licence. A signature is required for insurance excess. The van can be booked in advance and comes with fuel. We also offer a man with a van service, if you need a hand.

Have you got any packing materials?

We have a range of packing materials available. These can be charged to your account or a debit card payment can be taken at the time of purchase, during normal working hours.

A limited selection of packing products are available out of hours. A price list is situated with the packing materials – all you need to do is fill out the honesty sheet and we can add the cost to your next invoice.

Who do I call if I need help?

You have 24/7 access to your unit. Our office hours are 08.30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturday, so our friendly staff will be around to help.
